I've put a pretty detailed walkthrough of the build process that worked for me on the wiki: http://code.google.com/p/rdkit/wiki/BuildingWithMinGW I've tested this process (with different paths) on two different machines and it seems reasonably robust. I'm sure there will still be problems though, so please post as you find them. -greg
