I installed the RDKit Windows binaries for Python 2.5 and I get an error
when attempting to use it:
from rdkit import Chem

from rdkit import rdBase
ImportError: DLL load failed: This application has failed to start because
the a
pplication configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix
this
problem.
I see that the rdBase.pyd file where I would expect it to be
(C:\RDKit_Q32009\rdkit\). To verify the problem, I also downloaded and
installed the Q2_2009 Windows binaries for Python 2.5 and I get no error.
Has something changed that I'm missing for the Q3_2009 release? I haven't
tried a build from source on Windows yet - I'll do that next.
