Dear all, It's getting to be time for the Q4 2009 release and I'd really appreciate it if linux users could help test the new cmake-based build system. The new setup is considerably simpler than the old one, but there are no doubt still some wrinkles that need to be ironed out.
You'll need to pull the RDKit from SVN and then follow the instructions here: http://code.google.com/p/rdkit/wiki/BuildingWithCmake If you have a chance to give it a try, please let me know how it goes.
