Hello all,

In our installations in the developing world, we do not do auto start
(things just don't generally work automatically...), but we use the GenAlert
function to sound an alarm (telling the operator that the battery needs to
be charged.)

The alarm goes on at 47.2 VDC (48V system). We generally set it go off when
the charging has taken the battery up to its float voltage parameter, but
that does not mean that the generator goes off. (The audible portion of
the alarm can be silences via a timer switch for up to 6 hours..)

If the alarm is ignored, we have the LVD set at either 46 V or higher.

What are folks using to start generators using voltage parameters?
