Well, at least their warranty is second to none... for now... but if I had to bet on someone to stand behind their product, they would be high on the list just for the sheer dollars that must be flowing into their investment capital coffers.
I'd venture to say that there is not a single serious complaint out there about warranty coverage. We've had a few issues, but every single one has been resolved expeditiously by their surprisingly well trained and empowered staff. On that note, I've seen 3 GFI errors so far on Enphase micros, but never found out why.
