Your question is unclear. Define "it."
I have connected communications equipment running on 5 and 12VDC to a 24
volt battery bank and I am prepared to advise, I am not sure this is what
you are attempting to do.

Hello,
I have a client running wireless comm. equipment that he would like to run
from a 24vdc battery bank. Even though it will operate either 12vdc or
24vdc, he would like to maintain 24vdc +/- 4v. Any ideas out there would
be helpfull.
