Eric: Greetings! These panels are called 320 series because the sockets are rated for 320 amps continuous duty.
Your calculations are based on the main OCPD ratings. You can add 40 amps of backfed OPCDs to the internal bus and to the external load center if you use 200A breakers. You can downsize the 200s to add more backfeed amps.
