That’s the procedure I’ve been using for years William, it gives us the best 
chance of being accurate.

Just as a note I get a 2 gallon sprayer from Home Depot or somewhere (get the 
one with the plastic rod, the spark show is not worth it) and use that to put 
distilled water into the batteries. it’s a lot faster than a glug glug jug and 
a lot safer than a funnel
