Thanks for your help with this. Because I snapped up all of the 100 series rack I could (pun intended), I am past the recertification with newer modules. My argument is that although the rail was discontinued, the clips remain. What I did is extracted a page from the UR series manual showing testing with the Mission panels and inserted it into the permit set. I hope this sleight of hand passes plan check.
