Hi Jay, Generally, Sol-Ark has been very good to work with for us. We've done about a dozen of them. We did have an MCU swap for a parallel stacking glitch. I could tell it was a known issue because the diagnosis was remote, took about 10 seconds and the shipping was about 2 days and has fixed the issue.
My only gripe with Sol-Ark is the general weirdness of the generator integration. Not really much you can do to adjust or optimize, so this could be better. I suspect they will get this better over time. I would also like them to work to add a little timing bubble as parameters are getting updated. I think its confusing when you can't tell if a parameter "stuck" or not. A little visual feedback would be great. Overall, very good to work with as a company, but Im still getting used to their tech.
