Hello All,

A client has an old PV Powered PVP5200 inverter that trips the AC disconnect breaker when the sun comes up. Later, he can reset the breaker and it will stay on. He replaced the breaker, and it still happens.

I suspect a relay is hanging up. As I recall, this model of inverters has block type relays that could be replaced. I am not sure how to diagnose the relays for this type of issue.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you,

Drake
