Your other option is to get a Non-Profit/Open Source account at CVSDude.com.  They provide professional CVS/SVN hosting (for very decent prices).  Matt Woodward and I use it for MachBlog.  There uptime has been great and it includes a Trac install as well (including anon access and user accounts).

BTW my local CFUG, the TCCFUG just got an account for the the redesign of the CFUG website.  So it's pretty easy to get one.
