Sean,

I am definitely not against using SVN. I am simply not allowed to
install it here. At home, I have installed and I use it. I just don't
have those resources here and wasn't sure if there was a zip available.
That's all. I am trying to push my department to start using a version
control system. Thanks for your help.

Why would you expect someone to go to the trouble of zipping up a
distribution for you when you can so easily access it via SVN? Serious
question. If you're not using a version control system for your own
code, you should be - consider this an opportunity to get familiar with
SVN.
