Hey Beth With my lack of experience taking responsibility is my main concern at the moment too.
IMHO what we need is one or two (<cough>Sean, Tom, et al</congh>) reviewers to make sure patches don't break the *architectural* principles and to provide feedback on how patches could be better implemented at that level. I'm less concerned about introducing bugs than I am with building bad design into Reactor. If a bug is introduced we'll hear about it soon enough - I doubt official releases are going to go out without being thoroughly road tested by list members. I'm happy to pitch in however I can, but I'm not comfortable with taking the responsibility of a reviewer. One of the ways I certainly can help out is by road testing - we have a reactor & MySQL 4 application half built that includes a pretty solid set of unit tests.
