Our managers call Reactor, and typically Reactor returns a query (
reactor.createGateway("foo").getByFields(...) ) or (array of) Record (
variables.reactor.createRecord("foo").load(...) ).
We found that it was repetitive work to turn those into an (array of) value
objects to send back to Flex 2 applications.
The Advisor turns out to be fairly straight forward, and we can use AOP to
have the conversion done auto-magically which is going to save us a lot of
time and cut-n-paste boilerplate - we did have a base class for all our
services that had handy functions like queryToVOArray(q,voClass):Array but
you had to remember to do it, and make sure it matched the return type from
the manager if that changed you had to change it by hand etc.

This is my first project with serious AOP though, and I think that AOP is
still fairly new in the CF world to a lot of people, so let me know if this
doesn't make sense.
Confused the hell out of myself for a bit :-)
