I've not checked with Flex 3/CF8, actually, but with Flex 2/CF7.0.2 queries get turned into arrays of Object, which means having to loop and cast them in the Flex app. AOP is a great time saver here, because it looks like it will enable you to ignore that fact, return a query from your CFC and get an array of value objects in the flex app. So far, you'll still need to make sure your AS class has a 'RemoteClass' metadata tag and then set the correct CFC name in the Advisors config. In addition, if you want to return the project specific To, copy the cfproperty and 'this' code from the reactor.project.XXXX.To.YYYYTo.cfc. -- Tom Chiverton Helping to economically synthesize sticky products on: http://thefalken.livejournal.com **************************************************** This email is sent for and on behalf of Halliwells LLP.
