Isn't that what Kylix was? I remember coding in Pascal on Linux and having the source be 99.9% compatible with delphi. I thought they killed that because of lack of interest from developers.

Borland did at one time have a press release that as soon as they had completed the Win32 version of Delphi they would create a Mac version.

THAT would have been awesome
