I actually have (had - it was years ago) a framework that did just
this. I was booed off the NUG by people who wouldn't touch it for fear
of being sued by Adobe, who has patents on that style of interface.
They successfully sued Macromedia a number of years ago over
Macromedia's use of those interface elements in Freehand and
Dreamweaver.
So it's gathering dust on my hard drive. :) I believe I build it in RB
2.1 or 4.5.
