Only if it takes more than an instant, which opening a project really shouldn't.

I've got some pretty huge projects that open instantly. I wonder what's different about your projects, that they take so long as to want a progress bar?

Mine take quite a while to load as well. I always have at least 10-20 external items shared across all my projects.
