Oops, I believe you're right.
Note that the creator code doesn't matter for opening files or
accepting drops. So I'm not sure why Steve would be having
difficulty; it sounds like his set-up was correct. But maybe it is a
platform issue -- I don't recall him telling us what platform he's
testing on.
