b. What is their phone number (you know, the one you cannot take with you) ?
c. Why are you crying before knowing enough facts ?
You'll find the answers on realsoftware.fr and see amongst other
things that it's not in Paris but in some "small" village--which you
can verify if you google up the village's name.
