And french people aren't quite well know for speaking or
writing any other language than french ;-)
E.g. I had to contact roughly 20 hotels in PARIS, to get a contact
to one receptionist, who was able to talk to me in english. And
Paris is not too small....

a waste of time and money. We have for example many languages, and
the knowledge of other market cultures within the Union is often
very limited. From a Scandinavian point of view, a headquarter in
France is virtually the same as no headquarter at all in Europe.
Better to split it in regions with some local knowledge or skip it
all together.
