French speaking tech support is located in Paris (Rue Legendre) and in Levallois-Perret (Rue Marius Aufan) which are not some "small" villages.
(I didn't mean "small" in a denigrating way. I don't care about the size of the place, it's barely relevant in my eyes.)
Anyway, Chailly en Bière is 30 minutes from Paris
Perhaps this is true at 2 a.m. But make it "a few hours" during rush hour... ;-)
