Actually, 1 is not a prime.
And besides, it's actually analogous refuting the statement "there
are no odd primes" because I have shown that 3 is both odd and prime.

It is without use. And that is clearly not the case, if there is
somebody using it.
If one means that it's unusable *for him*, then one should say so,
instead of the much stronger (and clearly preposterous) statement
that it is not usuable at all.
