If I have a group 3d oriented at 0,0,0, and want to rotate it 90
degrees left or right (about the Y axis), I had assumed I would set
its orientation.y to pi/2.0 or -Pi/2.0.
When I do this, the group seems to move a bit more than 90 degrees.
Am I overlooking something obvious?
