My current strategy is to use the find all button, and double click on
each item that comes up and do a manual edit. There has to be A BETTER
WAY ... :-)
The Replace All MenuItem is on the Search Results Window where it
really belongs. In 5.5 it was very easy to replace "TextInputStream"
with "Text" which wouldn't be what you might want. You had to cycle
through all of the various window to ensure the wrong items were not
selected.
