Well, we have a shop full of macs, and we have seen relatively few
problems:
1 power supply
1 mighty mouse
1 hard drive (just died yesterday)
In 5 years.
However, I have friends who have experienced some problems...
1 Brand new iMac G5 with heat issues, required a Mainboard and power
supply replacement
1 Brand new macmini required a new optical drive.
However, I don't think that these problems indicate a company wide
quality problem.
