If so, I'd like to know what those are.  But it seems unlikely; RS has been 
quite good lately about making sure that each release is at least as good as 
the last (i.e., introduces no new bugs in existing features).

I don't think that's possible in this case.  You couldn't buy R1 before it came 
out; and when you bought it, it came with a year of upgrades, which easily 
includes R1 (and R3 I believe).  Or at least, that's my understanding.

I'm not sure anyone would have that data -- as far as I know, RB doesn't "phone 
home" when you use it, so if somebody's quietly using RB2.1.2, who would know?
