THIS is the cost for the german localization - btw. the prices are
NOW on the same level like the prices in the US, so Germany was ways
cheaper than the US before and now are on the same level.
Before there was always a lot of angry posts in several forums why RB
is not available in German, or even the manuals, ... NOW there is the
localization available and everybody starts whining again.
