This is a bug that affect the IDE in R3 but it also looks to affect
our own created apps.
This is reported on both Win and Mac, but RS say: Not reproducible
Pleas check this out and fill more info about this....
And before some in defense position say it is an OS issue, please
check TextEdit and Safari
(and please, no private e-mails, if you have something to say, say it

I saw something like this when I had the floating palette option in
R3 switched on. Turning that option off stopped the problem. I forgot
to report it* (assuming everyone else would see the problem, and not
really liking the floating palette anyway).
