I saw something like this when I had the floating palette option in
R3 switched on. Turning that option off stopped the problem. I
forgot to report it* (assuming everyone else would see the problem,
and not really liking the floating palette anyway).

I just tested the RB IDE again, Just launch the RB IDE open the
property Palette....
1 - Minimize the RB iDE main window
2 - Click on desktop ... and the palette is hide but the main window
jumps to the front
Then the Question is: Is this normal?
