Ryan,
It's the only plugin I use, and if you're dealing with string processing,
it's the only plugin you can't do without. If you need speed, that is.
Trust me, I've tested all alternatives that I could find, extensively.
ElfData is simply unbeatable.
I wouldn't think of starting this without ElfData, Utter lack of speed would
make it an excercise in futility. ElfData also allows for simplicity of
code.
Processing speed aside, just try to do wat I did with as few lines of code.
It's just not possible.
