I think some of us 'old timers' became dependent on the lists for communication with REAL. I didn't perceive REAL's (inevitable) movement to more traditional business relationships and was thereby becoming frustrated. I have been very encouraged by my contact with Matt this year. I've found him to be open minded and quite interested in customer perceptions and relations.
