Well, I just managed to run the project running RB using Rosetta.
All errors disappeared suddenly.
In case I can run IDE/compiler slowly using Rosetta, this is at least
an option.

Obviously the kinds of problems you're having are not at all
common, so
there is probably something corrupted somewhere.
This isn't obvious to me ;-)
