It sounds like you might have a control on your window that doesn't
support Intel yet. Is this the case? If so, we should be giving a
*much* better error message, and please file a report about it so
that we don't forget.
Do we have a list, which defines, what is supported?
The only built-in class that didn't make the transition is the
previously deprecated REALDatabase. The rest of the built in classes
are fully supported in Intel.
Do you have a Plugins folder with anything in it? All plugins must be
updated for Intel, as Rosetta only works on a per-process basis. We
can't load up PowerPC plugins unless we're running as PowerPC.
