I have also experienced an unacceptable number of crashes.
R4 is VERY unstable.
For me, it seems to crash after I close a tab, then attempt to do
something else.
We REALLY need a interim bug fix, or r5 should be made available
really fast.

I’m actually hoping for an interim release with some bug fixes.
I’ve had more crashes from RB with the latest release than ever
before — several a day! This occurs with or without plugins, so I
can’t blame it on them. Crashes happen mostly if I run or build a
project., but can also occur with editing or copy/paste of items
from one project to another. It I’ve found myself editing a couple
of lines of code then saving, over and over again, so I don’t risk
losing any code changes before the next crash.
This is completely atypical. Usually new RB releases (and betas)
are fairly solid for my purposes.
My system: Mac Pro or MacBook Pro, Mac OS X 10.4.8, 2 GB RAM.
Has anybody else seen this behavior or is it just me?
