I can think of many more useful language additions than those mentioned.

++, -- += and C style templates for example.

On the subject of new RB features, I think it would be a good idea if RS
could add a new mailing list specifically for discussing ideas for new
features. This would leave the current NUG list for solving problems and
discussing issues.


Not that I don't like discussing new feature ideas ( in fact I probably do
it too much ;)  )
