Yes. It is OK.


Bottom line: Not RB defines how the output looks like, but the OS does. If you want consistent output, you'll have to write your own function.

Under MacOS X and Windows everything is correct.
For Linux, I wrote some lines.

But what is bizarre, it is that the date settledand displayed with Linux is correctly written.

But it's not important.
