Is it possible to change the textcolor of the text in a pushbutton or do I have to create my own button?
No, but you can overlay the Pushbutton with a Canvas and place your text there. For example:
Using Mac OSX, place a canvas control the same size directly over a default "Untitled" Pushbutton. Since I'm using System size 13 as my default font and size, I deleted the "Untitled" text from the pushbutton and put the following code in the Canvas's Paint event.
g.ForeColor=&cFF0000 g.TextFont="System" g.TextSize=13 g.DrawString "Untitled", 15,15 This will draw the text "Untitled" in Red over the pushbutton. Adjustments would have to be made for platform, button size, etc. Terry _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives of this list here: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
