That's not quite true. We now use an OS-provided call on Mac OS X
10.4 or later (FSCopyObject/FSMoveObject), but still fall back on
some Apple-provided code (MoreFiles and MoreFilesX) to do the file
copy and moving prior to 10.4's new API.

The real issue is copying a directory. The old code did not allow it,
but the new code allows whatever the OS allows from its call. To copy
a package reliably on all platforms and systems, you should fall back
on copying it file-by-file, and creating the folders on the go.
