This is working for me now :)
I've used the chr(13)+chr(10) line breaks, which is good. It irks me
a little because I thought I'd tried that. Maybe I tried chr(10)+chr
(13) instead, I don't know.
Anyway, many thanks for your responses, I can move on now...
