I agree that Joe has always been a great help to members of this list
of all levels of experience.
However, I wouldn't call the present era "stroutless." In fact, I've
been impressed with how much Joe still is posting here, especially
given that he is involved in his own startup venture. Thanks to Joe,
and all the other frequent posters...
