You certainly received a response from Aaron, one of the RB
programers who does not use or like Macs.
Aaron does use them, but they're not his preferred platform.

I, like Andy, do find that the UI is better suited to a single
monitor set up.
This is sometimes good for me when I work on the road and only have
my laptop screen but when I'm home and have a second monitor attached
to my laptop it's less well suited even with multiple windows
(although it is better now than it was when 2005 first came out)
I still find the new window keystroke inconvenient
