Hi,
I'm using REALbasic 2007 on an Intel Mac.
The new Toolbar/Tool Items are not behaving as I would expect them to.
If I choose to use the toggle property for tool items, the tool item
hilites and remains so until you click it again (i.e it toggles). I
would expect that with a toolbar, clicking an item would hilite it
and unhilite all others in the manner of radio buttons or as the
[example] Finder Preferences dialog toolbar does.
With the current implementation, with the toggle property turned on,
I could have as many tool items hilited as I'd like, which is what I
want to avoid, and I also can't think of any instance elsewhere on OS
X where this does happen.
Am I missing something here, or is a bug present?
----
Also, I cannot add more than one tool button to a toolbar using 'add
Tool item' from RB's Project menu. Adding via RB's toolbar is OK.
Using the menu, in attempting to add a second tool item, I'm
presented with a grayed out "Add Tool item' menu item. (unless I
close the Toolbar tab and open it again.
----
Is anyone else experiencing the same?
