Interesting thought. Do any of you develop DB, Graphic type apps on flash?
Flash is great and Adobe is likely to persue after developers with some of their new technologies. I do not believe that an app created in flash can have the control, speed and usability that a desktop app can have. At least not currently. This will change as they have technologies that will change the developing plane entirely. Flash has its place, and dont get me wrong ActionScript is growing, I still like my apps standalone for too many reasons, versatility, power(Core Access is great on any platform), Speed. This far I have not seen a Flash app that can compete.
