Hi Folks,

I've started refreshing our RB projects and saving them as Version Control Projects. As such, I've revisited the issue of Mac EOL vs. Unix EOL on OS X systems with very bad results.

[SNIP - details of failure attempts with CVS and SVN]

Additionally, as I've indicated previously and then been argued against, the use of "svn diff WMain.rbfrm" displays the ENTIRE WMain.rbfrm as changed because of the use of the Mac EOL when the project is saved and SVN is expecting Unix EOL's. Some of you have claimed that you have no problems with SVN's handling of the Mac EOL. I've love to have any of you that are successfully using RB's VCP format and SVN explain how you're getting the diffs to work properly on JUST the changed element within the RB project files.

So is everyone now seeing what I'm seeing? I seem to recall a few of you who claimed success with the default Mac OEOL and SVN. I really would love to have details of how you achieved the success. However, I did note that the number of watchers on that FR jumped this morning.

Seriously, if you've gotten this working, please share it with us because the current mechanism is failing dramatically.
