hmmm thats not always true. It is my understanding that whether we want it or not, there is a difference in cost of living in different countries.
In the US its common to charge 25 and up for programming gigs and some tend to pay way more, but depending where you live in the US the hourly rate is different. In India the cost of living is entirely different so the Hourly Rate is much lower and you do get some really good programmers from there. Some may even say the best in the world. Some of you are Awesome programmers in RB and other languages and you have a good rate entering $30 to $60 an hour. Look it all depends how badly you need to get a project. I think that $45 to $75 in south america is totally un-realistic. This is do to the economy there. I dont believe it. No way Jose!
