I just lost a whole days commercial paid work because the IDE didn't save the changes to a heavily edited external item I am working on. The IDE was telling me that my edits where being saved but it was lying. I have now lost a large amount of complex coding work. The external item was in default binary format , was a single window and was on my local disk. It doesn't get any simpler than this. I now don't trust the IDE one bit when saving my projects. This is a serious problem. I am not going to suggest how to fix this bug. I do suggest that it gets fixed immediately or at least the IDE tells me when the save fails. MacOS X RB2007r1 I haven't restarted my machine.
