There is a key on the Windows keyboard that pops up the contextual menus for selected windows, controls, etc.
There are people working on Windows who rarely use the mouse for anything other than what is absolutely necessary. Mousing slows you down. About the only time mousing is necessary would be in programs that do not offer keyboard alternatives.
