Quoting William Squires <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > How does one measure the BQ "Bug Quotient" of a piece of software > before it's released?
Highly topical - I've just come out of the second of a series of seminars being held here by Phil Schwan formerly of Cluster File Systems talking about how they reduced their bug count and dramatically improved their forecasting by applying the Personal Software Process. http://www.sei.cmu.edu/tsp/psp.html I'd read about this stuff and considered it academically interesting before. He had compelling figures about how a team of world-class developers were still able to radically improve their game by using it. _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
